RACK OF LAMB & CUTLETS (sold per rib)
Racks of lamb are great for dinner parties or any meal where you need to stay on top with portion control. generally a three bone rack serves one person, alternatively a six bone rack roasted then cut into cutlets once cooked presents very well served a little pink. (maximum 6 bones in one rack)Also lamb cutlets are a fantastic alternative to a loin chop, these are french trimmed if you fancy picking them up to eat.
