Rolled turkey breast come in three sizes, 5lb to feed between 5 to 7 people. 7lb to feed between 7 to 10 people

All our weights are based on the meat weight, then we stuff them and lay streaky bacon on the top free of charge as with all our christmas birds. Turkey crowns are ideal if you don`t want the hassle of a whole turkey with all the bones.

Our fresh whole turkeys are sourced from Usk, they are dry plucked and you don`t get a bag full of added water like the supermarket turkeys. A fantastic plump and tasty turkey every time. With free streaky bacon and a bag of stuffing with every bird.

Whole christmas chicken or also know as cockerels have been a tradition for christmas for a long time. Ideal for those who don`t like turkey but want a whole bird for the day. essentially much tastier than a normal chicken as it`s had longer to mature but still very tender and juicy.
