FRESH GUINEAFOWL (sold each)

Originally a game bird but now domesticated as a free range animal. a lot more flavoursome than a chicken it still has that gamey flavour. very much a delicacy, guineafowl are served braised in many top restaurants. each bird is 1.2 kg and serves two.
